You are also inside the gates of Montreat. The home is accessible year-round, via only paved roads.

That is of course if you can tear yourself away from the views & soaking in spectacle of the Blue Ridge Mountains, & actually venture inside!) But, if you need some “alone time”, there is plenty of space inside and out to find your own serenity. There are 3 outside porches, decks, and patios for ultimate outdoor relaxation.
You have a lower level TV Room for hours of enjoyment and relaxation. Then of course you have the custom outdoor gas fire table & access to all of Montreat's trails, creeks, playgrounds, tennis & more.
Kids & adults love getting out in and around the expansive neighborhood community & explore the other outdoor areas. The expansive decks are just off the Kitchen/Great Rm and afford additional outdoor space to relax & unwind. While everyone enjoys the home and community amenities, including Montreat Park, the playground, river, and more. Alternatively you can pull up a chair and take in the view, (the long range views are spectacular!!), observe the night as it fills with stars, and watch the fire flies come out to play in your backyard. Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their "best friends" with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
